A QUICK REMINDER OF OUR CLUB POLICIES AND MEMBERSHIP T&C'S

MOBILE PHONES For health and safety reasons, please remember that the use of phones is not allowed during Cupcake classes and in our Members' Lounge. Please feel free to notify us whenever you notice that our rules are not respected. A phone ban penalty of £5 will be charged to members' accounts.

SHOES Please remove your shoes when entering our Members' Lounge and if you see anyone wearing shoes, please help us to keep this environment shoe-free.

FOOD AND DRINKS Food and drinks are not permitted in the Members' Lounge. Members can make use of the eating facilities in Front of House where our coffee machine and microwave are. Please do not access our kitchen facilities as this is staff only. You are responsible to bring your own cups and cutlery.

NO NUTS ENVIRONMENT Due to severe allergies, Cupcake Family Club is a no-nuts environment. Please respect this rule as this is crucial to children's health and safety. 

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION To terminate your membership at Cupcake please send an email with your 3 months notice of cancellations to: memberships@cupcakefamilyclub.com We are a small business and we cannot grant less than three months notice. This is stated in every application form and on our website. If you are not able to provide 3 months, please provide a document at time of notice.

NEW ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR UNPAID MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP If there are any changes with your bank cards please access your account online to update your card details or contact us before your next payment. From  October 2019 all failed monthly auto payments will accrue an admin charge of £20;

CLASS CANCELLATIONS Cupcake Family Club does not charge for late cancellations. We appreciate the complexity of family life and we will return your credit when you cancel your classes.

UNPAID CLASSES If you go over your 10 or 20 Cupcake classes per month, the system will automatically upload a bolt-on of £50 for 5 extra classes to use within two months. This is to avoid stopping your little ones to access classes and to cause you all the admin stress. However, if you wish no to be charged for extra classes, please get in touch and we will leave a note on your account.

BRINGING GUESTS TO OUR CLUB During Summer we have more capacity in the club and we are able to welcome guests at any time. Please note that from 20th Septmeber guests won't be able to access our facilities at any time.  To avoid disappointment, please call us in advance on 0207 186 6000. Capacity permitting, guests can only access the club with a guest pass at management discretion. If you know someone interested in joining the club please invite them to contact our team directly to book a tour. Please remind them to mention your name as we reward our members and referrals.
